Kava ceremony in Fijian village

Ride with respect

One of the most special things about riding in Fiji is the warmth you’ll experience along the way. A wave from kids on the roadside, a “Bula!” from a passing farmer, a conversation at a village shop. These moments happen naturally and they’re what make Fiji unforgettable. We ask all riders to remember that the villages you pass through are people’s homes — not tourist attractions. Ride gently, show respect, and let any deeper connections happen on their own terms.

Slow Down Through Villages

Reduce speed to a crawl near homes and community areas. Watch for children, livestock and unmarked speed bumps

Respect Sunday

Sunday is a day of rest and worship across Fiji. Keep noise and riding to a minimum near villages and churches

Don’t Enter Villages Uninvited

If you’re invited in, it’s a genuine honour. Dress modestly, remove your hat and bring a sevusevu (kava) as a gift of respect

Ask Before Photographing

Always ask permission before taking photos of people, homes or ceremonies. A smile goes a long way

Plan your adventure

Whether you’re ready to book or just have questions about routes, bikes, or what to expect — we’d love to hear from you.
